The Digitalization Effectiveness as an Innovative Factor Development of the Agriculture in Azerbaijan

The purpose of this paper is to systematize and justify the factors for effective implementation digitalization ensure innovative development agriculture in Azerbaijan. Based on survey completed by 1,513 senior managers agricultural enterprises Azerbaijan, key barriers were substantiated: cost introducing using digital technologies, unregulated legislative processes industry, level cybersecurity. levels country's sector have been determined empirically substantiated qualitative nature influence regression modeling method. results obtained can help develop a state strategy enhancing its development, food security, diversifying economy.
